Spectrum Consultants specializes in providing its Clients with a management and administering function to oversee and co-ordinate all property matters that might arise within a large and diverse portfolio.

It is important to ensure that all property data is accurate and up to date for effective and efficient running of the portfolio so we undertake audits where necessary, and can if required, input and maintain a comprehensive data base for our Clients.

Our role is one of linking Clients with agencies, solicitors and specialist consultants / service providers whilst at the same time directly carrying out all property related professional work: acquisitions, rent reviews, valuations and development feasibilities.

We are independent of any estate agency so can ensure the best individual agent is appointed on each job and focused on getting the best and quickest deal.

We take on the responsibility for coordinating disposals from conception to legal completion, working closely with lawyers, to remove the hassle from the Clients in this time consuming and often intensive process.
